Enhancing the commercial depth of the Washdyke area and turning heads during the build process due to the high profile of the site, this development has its first tenant in the form of Robert Harris Cafe.

Thompson worked hard to have the space ready for the tenant with a 17-week turnaround from when the site works began until opening for the Christmas holidays.

The complex was architecturally designed by Architects Plus, and then adapted to fit our construction methods, time and the client’s budget constraints.

The Hilton Nominees development design showcases our core building materials well. Precast columns, steel supporting structure, cross laminated timber stairs and mid-floor, all combine to provide current and future tenants and attractive and versatile commercial space for years to come.
