Project

This project has added to the growing list of buildings that we have built in Rolleston over the years.
The building is part of a larger vision by Pure Oil. It has been designed for future extension with practical design once again setting the tone.

With a common-sense approach taken the design includes:

•Eave height of 9.8m provides a clearance height to allow for trucks to tip
•Clear Span allowing machinery to manoeuvre below the roof structure
• Flush precast surface finish on the inside which was achieved by connecting the web truss directly to the precast panels, with an external precast column incorporated into the precast panel for structural strength.

Pure Oil now have a building which allows them to move away from third party storage, gaining independence, control and more options moving into the future.

Once again Thompson have not only met, but exceeded expectation by delivering this project ahead of time and on budget.
