Project

The expansion of Cavalier Woolscourer’s business presented us with the opportunity to extend their existing Washdyke warehouse. Challenged with a tight area to work within we designed an angled extension to fit precisely between two existing buildings. The extension allowed for maximum area totalling 490m² of usable area. The warehouse is clad in corrugated iron on both the roof and walls with one strip of clear light roofing per bay to allow for natural light into the internal space.
