Project
Springfield Estate
Bunkerstore
Bunker stores for repeat clients late in 2016 has been a common theme, and the one constructed for Springfield Estate is no exception.
Flexibility and durability were key in the design, with the building high enough to enable tipping of trucks and with the extended roof to providing a canopy that has reduced the effects of wind-blown rain. Precast panels have been cantilevered from the floor.
The building has been sited in close proximity to the client’s weighbridge, and other storage and blending buildings and will be used to store product for spreading onto farmland through Canterbury and North Otago.
