The goat milk infant formula blending plant in the North Ashburton Business Park was purpose designed and built to house the plant and machinery within a 4,250m² Warehouse and two storied office covering 607m².
The foyer provides a welcoming featured floating Cross Laminated Timber stairway leading to the upper office space and creates access to a visitor presentation room on the lower floor. A glass corridor for viewing plant and machinery on the factory floor runs down the length of the warehouse creating connectivity for their customers to the manufacturing process.
